Event Information

• Location: Hartford Middle School Gym, Hartford, MI
• Load-In: Friday Nov 6, 6:00–8:00 pm  |  Saturday Nov 7, 6:30–8:30 am
• Hours: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (remain in booth until 3:00 pm even if sold out)
• Payment: Fees are non-refundable after July 1st. Checks payable to Hartford Foundation, mail to PO Box 403 Hartford, MI 49057.

Vendor Rules & Reminders

• Vendors must furnish their own tables, chairs & extension cords (capable of 20′)
• Food sales must comply with Michigan’s Cottage Food Law, PA 113 of 2010
• Michigan state sales tax is the sole responsibility of the vendor
• Only 1 vendor per commercial product line (Avon, Mary Kay, Tupperware, etc.)
• Non-Craft Commercial Vendors must call or email for approval before registering
• Same-space consideration given to returning vendors but not guaranteed
• Free Coffee/Water cart all day  |  Lunch cart approx. 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
• No smoking on school property  |  Vendor parking in rear lot only

Indemnification / Vendor Liability

Vendor agrees to hold harmless & indemnify the Hartford Public Schools and the Hartford Public Schools Foundation for Quality Education and its members from liability for theft, accident, acts of violence, injury to yourself, your employees and property. Vendors accept responsibility for any liability arising from acts or lack thereof by yourself, your helpers, guests or associates. The HPSFFQE reserves the right to remove any vendor who fails to comply with the rules.
